In order for us to continue to keep our prices low we are unable to issue money back for returns; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we do accept returns (on all non-final sale items) in exchange for store credit. Final Sale items include item purchased through our "Make Offer" program, jewelry / watches, handbags, shoes, and evening wear.
Simply return the item in its original, unused condition (with original tags attached if applicable) within 7 days of the receipt date. The receipt date is based on the delivery date provided by USPS.com. Once received, a store credit will be issued for the full amount paid minus any international shipping costs / customs fees incurred by us, and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns received in poor condition.
Currently, we do not officially process exchanges due to item availability. If you would like to make an exchange you will need to first return the original item. Once it is received and your store credit is issued you may use our checkout system and apply the value of your store credit towards the new purchase.
If you would like to make a return please Contact Us first with your intent and request your "Return Authorization Code".Include your Return Authorization code on the label when you address the return to us. Packages received without a return authorization code may be refused.
